Job Duties
- Work independently to prepare business & family-based US immigration applications (O1A/B, NIW, EB1A) to US government agencies using legal automation technology.
- This position involves significant writing. You must be able to utilize templates and craft analytical arguments based on law and supporting evidence. Typical assignments range from 20 – 50 pages.
- Conduct research to obtain supporting reference materials.
- Effectively communicate with clients to collect and assemble documents.
- Proactively provide updates to attorney and clients and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain accuracy of internal databases and prepare management reports.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff as needed.
- Develop and implement internal procedures.
- Conduct quality reviews.
- Utilize reports and manipulate data to prioritize work.
You possess the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a fast-paced employment-based immigration law firm or in-house immigration team.
- Strong writing capability and attention to detail.

- Prior experience working successfully in a remote environment. Key indicators: taking ownership of cases; preparing cases efficiently and accurately; actively communicating with team members and seeking feedback; and understanding productivity goals.

- Exceptional attention to detail, reliable, responsible and dependable.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Ability to learn new technology.
- Ensure that clients are kept informed on the progress of their cases.
- Assist attorneys and other team members to manage caseload.
- Draft forms, specialized support letters and prepare filing packages.
Salary: $55,000 - $75,000/year plus competitive benefits
