Job Duties
1. Prepare US immigration applications using legal automation technology for entertainment and technology clients.
2. Review and revise drafts of letters and legal documents.
3. Draft and review contracts and employment letters for individuals and companies in the media and entertainment industries.
4. Review petitions for errors and conduct other quality checks.
5. Communicate with clients to assess eligibility for media and entertainment benefits; Provide updates to clients and respond to inquiries.
6. Utilize AI and legal automation technology.
7. Research legal issues and prepare memorandum.
8. Utilize reports and manipulate data to prioritize work.
9. Provide feedback and coaching to Case Managers
Requirements:
· License: State Bar License to Practice Law in any U.S. state
· Education: LL.M. or JD in Media, Entertainment, Technology and Sports or related field
· Experience: 1 - 5 years
· Experience must include start-to-finish responsibility for the following petition types:
- O-1A
- O-1B
- H-1B
- EB-1A
- L-1
Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year
